  Jim Smith

  Vice President, New Business Sales and AV

  Jim works with sales managers and sales reps to craft customized solutions to problems facing libraries. He is a student of what libraries and librarians want and need to serve their communities and patrons. He especially enjoys being part of the solution to increasingly complex problems that libraries are facing by focusing Baker & Taylor’s talent and resources.

  Ryan Gallagher

  Vice President, Customer Experience

  Ryan has been with Baker & Taylor for over 17 years, most of that time working with our CLS team. He loves working with staff to analyze workflow, from collection analysis to the first circulation, in order to improve efficiencies and reduce costs to the library’s patrons. There is nothing better than working with the library staff to solve a problem or come up with a new approach that improves their workflow and gets books into their patron’s hands more quickly.

  Kathie Graham

  Director of Customer Success

  Based in Syracuse, New York, Kathie is Director of Customer Success at Baker & Taylor. She has spent more than 20 years working with public libraries of all sizes with a focus on helping libraries serve their communities. Kathie is temporarily handling the Central Region for collectionHQ and Digital.

  New Business Development Manager

  Tito is based in Tampa, FL and is a Community Outcomes & Outreach Consultant. He has been helping libraries connect with their communities for over 18 years.

  New Business Development Manager

  Katy has served libraries for more than 20 years, first as part of United for Libraries, a division of ALA (formerly FOLUSA), and now as a member of the Baker & Taylor team. Based in Princeton, NJ, she helps libraries craft innovative solutions to meet patron and community needs.

  Jane Herb

  New Business Development Manager

  A 20-year team member of Baker & Taylor, Jane has had roles both in sales and with the technical team at collectionHQ. She enjoys collaborating with our public library partners to match Baker & Taylor products and services with the needs of the library, helping them reach strategic goals in serving the community.

  Marie Franklin

  Senior Customer Success Manager

  Marie based in Clarkesville, Georgia, and is Senior Customer Success Manager. She has been helping librarians, through her work with Baker & Taylor, for 30 years. Marie is temporarily handling the North East Region for CLS and BTCat.

  Customer Success Manager, collectionHQ and Digital, East Region

  Randy is based in Easton, Pennsylvania, and is the Customer Success Manager for collectionHQ and Digital, East Region. He has spent the better part of the last 30 years working with libraries, both in cataloging and on the vendor side.

  Customer Success Manager, collectionHQ and Digital, West Region

  Samantha is based near Salt Lake City, Utah, and is the Customer Success Manager for collectionHQ and Digital, West Region. Before joining Baker & Taylor, Samantha served as Assistant Director for the Wayne County Public Library.

  Alisa Brown is based in Commerce, Georgia, and is the Customer Success Manager for CLS and BTCat, South East Region. She has been helping librarians, through her work with Baker & Taylor, for 26 years.

  Christina Estes Cotton is based in Commerce, Georgia, and is the Customer Success Manager for CLS and BTCat, North Central Region. She has been helping librarians, through her work with Baker & Taylor, for 16 years.

  Roberto is based in San Antonio, Texas, and is the Customer Success Manager for collectionHQ and Digital, South Region. He has over 18 years' experience in the library industry with Baker & Taylor and collectionHQ.

  Marsha is based in Charlotte, NC, and is the Customer Success Manager for CLS and BTCat, West Region. Marsha has worked with Baker & Taylor for 30 years with her last post as project manager in the retail organization.
